Here's few things to think about heading into summer Training programs and camps
-Do you ever feel "stuck" in the ice or like your working against your skates ?
-Do not trust your edges as much as you would like to?
As listed in the video these things are all we need to get you started on the path to finding your best profile
-Height & Weight
-What you are looking to improve upon. Example "I am looking to find more power in my first 3 strides" or "I want more glide I feel stuck in the ice"
-Position (less important because everyone has a slightly different stride but can be a good baseline for what where to start)
